Is it possible to have flares removed from a weapon? Is this a service one can obtain? I have a nice weapon that I wish were blessable, but it has impact flares. I'd be happy to pay for such a service if it exists. Any guidance would be appreciated.

It's a limited merchant service that's only been seen for premium members.

It's not likely to happen. However, impact flares are pretty fantastic. I'd consider selling the weapon and buying a blessable version.

Oh well. I'm not likely to find another 10X, max lightened, new style naginata (i.e. 14x halberd).

Hm. Well, in that case, you could try to find a premium member who'll take it to the next flare-removal merchant, whenever that will be, and hope that person is lucky enough to get a spot. Otherwise, the service has been offered a few times at pay festivals. That might be the more likely scenario.
