Have 20 sips each.

You take a drink from your potion vial.
You become calm and focused.
You have only about 19 quaffs left.

This would be considered self-cast with the full benefit, as opposed to the -50% when cast by other players, and doesn't have the -50% to -90% penalties from imbeds and scrolls.

Essentially, they function as you casting the spell on yourself as if you knew it.

6x a scarab-etched potion vial or 120 sips.
10x a lock-etched potion vial or 199 sips.
