BO: Surprise me
a curved dark eahnor katana
Thin gold wiring is bound tightly about a narrow hand-and-a-half grip in an elegant woven pattern. A round cross guard and pommel of engraved eahnor grace either side of the grip. The sleek crimson blade sprouts from an intricate gold filigree blade collar and curves fluidly away from the grip, its bladed edge appearing flawless and lethal. A single elven rune has been acid etched into the blade at its base on either side. You also notice a small enchanter's glyph.
There appears to be something written on it.
In the Elven language, it reads:
"Lash"
You analyze your dark eahnor katana and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions, but the creator has stated that "The item type should not change."
The creator has also provided the following information:
This item can be altered, but should not be altered into something broken, dull, or weak-looking, as the messaging indicates superior craftsmansip that is kept maintained.
The katana isn't unlocked.
You might be able to have a talented merchant lighten the dark eahnor katana for you
Off the shelf Anfelt scripts:
Vivaldi hefts his dark eahnor katana a few times, admiring its excellent workmanship.
Vivaldi thrusts his dark eahnor katana into the air and gives a triumphant shout!
Vivaldi pulls his dark eahnor katana in close to his body, its keen edge pointing outward.
The first thing that strikes you about the katana is the weight, which is about 5 pounds. In your best estimation, it's worth about 5,500,000 silvers. You can also tell that there is some type of metal in the structure of the dark eahnor katana.
It has a bonus of +28 from a normal katana, and the way it vibrates in tune with your voice tells you that it requires skill in twohanded weapons to use effectively. It also has some type of special ability, but you can't tell what yet.
The harmonics generated tell you that the katana inflicts more fearsome wounds when it strikes.
