Actually, swim about 4 hours a day, freestyle/american crawl, do laps. You'll lose weight.

If you are honest about losing weight, I'll tell you what I do.

Before I go to a car show, about a week prior, I cleanse my body.

a: I eat nothing but brocoli and tuna.
b: I drink at least two gallons of water
c: I go to a steam room every day for 15 minutes
d: I walk around a lot


But, you have to understand, you can only do this once in a while and no more than 7 days. It's actually supposed to clear the toxins out of your body and open up your pores so you are able to sweat more. In the process you also lose a lot of weight, but it is temporary fix for most cases.

I go back to eatting normal afterwards so i gain the weight back in a month.

But if you want to continue losing weight:

a) Drink lots of water
b) exercise 40 minutes a day. Begin with speed walking. Once you find yourself getting too comfortable with your routine, make it harder for yourself
c) stick to ORGANIC foods (which automaticallly removes almost ALL fatty goods).
d) Cut off the fat, go for white meat. Preferably eat fish instead.
e) Take vitamens.
f) Try to be more active. If there is an evelvator or stairs.. take the stairs. Walk the long way. If you have to run to the store down the street, walk. Don't drive.


It's pretty much common sense. Of course, you could cut off your limbs... But I suggest going my way. The hardest part is sticking to a plan. If you want to lose the weight, you'll have to put in the effort.

That's the problem with most people, they break their diets.. and it becomes a habbit. You have to be strict and have will power.

That was my first thought, but then I realized with his brain capacity, it could only be 3 or 4 pounds at best. Remove all that bling-bling.
