I believe that is one of the stunning skull claidhs. You can check by poking it, IIRC. Rogues (and maybe warriors?) find them helpful for stunmans.

Thanks for those who offered, some even for free. That was nice.

I decided not to be lazy and started flipping through all my lockers/characters and found a shiny black invar claidmore. So i'll use that for now.
