Second, how are you defining feminism? To me, feminism is simply seeking equal treatment of men and women. So it's not even an assertion that they are wholly equal, but it's the expectation that they'll be treated equally in the workplace and everywhere else. I can't see how seeking equal treatment would turn men into "sissies" (which is, in and of itself, probably an offensive term).

Third, sexism isn't the belief that a certain sex is inferior solely due to gender. Sexism is prejudice or discrimination based solely on sex ("Women can't fix cars because they don't understand how engines work." "Men aren't good caregivers for children because they lack empathy."
