a pear-shaped rosewood lute: Crafted with a flat soundboard across a half pear-shaped soundbox the lute is perfected for tone and quality. The rounded body is made of curved pieces of reddish rosewood, painstakingly polished to highlight the darkly sinuous grain of the wood. The rose around the soundhole is made from elaborate scrollwork with gentle pink, faintly translucent rosespar inlay that catches the ambient light with a subtle gleam. Catgut strings make their way over the frets and into the peg box that sits at a sharp angle.
The harmonics of your song probe deep into the lute to determine that it is an instrument of master quality, capable of producing magnificent sound.
