Do MTKs still have the best troll's blood, or would a higher level grim troll be better?

Last I heard, the entire system was designed around MTKs being the highest. It was stated that if for some reason, another was ever BETTER than MTKs, then that would just be the new "standard" and would be as good as MTKs, and MTK blood would get worse. In other words, no blood will ever be better than MTK blood is now, and if something should ever appear at a higher level, all the blood would be rebalanced around it.
