help with stat placements

Got a 38 half-elf I want to convert. Don't have access to spreadsheet atm. I want the best possible stats at lvl 100. I need the starting stats.

Depends on what you want to dump, INT or INF or if you want to even them out or whatever. Dumping INF would be something like this (I think it follows all the rules, too):

STR 59
CON 62
DEX 70
AGL 39
DIS 68
AUR 82
LOG 73
INT 73
WIS 82
INF 52

Gets you all 100's except for INF which at cap will be 73 (16 bonus).
