20 over in Sorcerer Circle

Ok so I am finally 20 over in Sorcerer circle and am 35 ME and 40 in MS... Where should I start putting points ME or MS? I would like to keep my CS as high as possible.

Minor elemental. You'll receive a CS boost from Elemental Targeting (425) up to spell rank 75ish. Just don't train over your current level.
