Hard to say, not many people prefer pure thrown weapons, id say 25-30m may be a good starting point because it does have hcw and is a returner....

The first thing I would try and do with it, is get it in the hands of a hurler that you trust. Have them throw the discus and then throw a handaxe. Then include the information in your post to sell it. I think the biggest thing is that a discuss has always been thought of as a weak weapon compared to the other returners/bandoliers so it might make people leery.

I would try and show its comparison as much as possible.

I think Sile's price range is about right. Being a discus, it's not going to fetch as much as a handaxe or hammer, but I would expect to be able to add a few million for the crit weighting. A handaxe would be 35-45m without the weighting. The discus should be good for lightly armored foes, but won't do well vs chain or plate class armor. I used a chakram effectively vs vaespilon and other lightly armored foes for quite a while. When I needed a higher DF I would swing it. The same should work for the discus which will swing with hammer DFs.
