50 charge Heroism scroll

Anyone with an idea what a market value on this might be by chance?

Heroism scrolls usually sell for 250k'ish, so assuming it's unlocked and infusable I guess maybe 500-750k. Scrolls also usually top out at 40 charges per spell unless maybe a merchant did it and told you they put in 50.
