140 (and even 130/125) is highly situational, if you don't use it you could get more ranger spells instead. Continuing in the ranger circle improves your spells like 613 (more DS), 616 (more crits/damage), 618 (more dodge), 625 (more TD).

Other than that, looks fairly standard. I got 100 ranks of SMC for the +10 mana per pulse, the new mana spellup and multicast is a nice luxury too. EMC is also a nice postcap luxury if you want to share mana with wizards. Multi opponent combat will help your defense against several critters. 60 ranks of climbing and swimming will get you through any passage in the game, including the shortcut between Vaalor and Illistim. Beyond situational things like that, you can just keep tanking up your core combat skills and spells, or if you're really bored with lots of PTPs you could decide to become a rangersmith.

Thanks for you input.

Hunting OTF currently and 140 is nice for hairy rescues.

Have been working on my Summoning Lore as of late to get my spikethorn more cycles and will probably work on getting my SMC up cuz I could use the +10 per pulse. Just didn't know if HP was worth tossing MTPs at for such a minimal gain.

Again thanks for you advice as always.
