Cheap alter spot with merchant or alter scroll

With all the merchants coming around Christmas, I've been wanting to get a general alter done on one of my shields but I'm not premie. Wondering if anyone would sell me an alter spot for cheap or an alter scroll, if no one offers spots. I'll be in game and on Lich as Fuaru tomorrow, let me know if you're interested in working something out.
