1209 and Fist Weapons

Ok so I'm loving my monk, but I do have one question. If I am wearing 4x hand wraps that say they are for unarmed combat and I use 1209 as well, do I get the 4x bonus from the hand wraps AND the +10 UAF bonus from 1209 or does one cancel the other out?
