WTB Halfling/Dwarf/Gnome for Conversion (L45+)

Title says it all. I'm only interested in unconverted characters OR characters that are converted and have the same stat setup I want.

Racial order of preference:

Halfling > Gnome > Dwarf

I've got a Burghal rogue that is I think level 45. What would you offer for that?

His stats suck but he's mastered in a number of guild skills which require partners. Not sure if it would be more worthwhile to master gambits and pawn him off as an MA guild partner or to pawn off as-is as conversion fodder.
