Wanting to know what i should start this out at since ive been away so long i have no clue.

Your careful inspection of some deep ebony vultite scalemail allows you to conclude that it is rigid leather armor that covers the torso, arms, legs, neck, and head.

Its 4x weights 26 lbs and is highly resistant to firery attacks enchanted and sung to value is 750k

Thanks

It's worth about 100k. Looks like it has ranger temp fire resistance in it.

Curious, How do you know it's temp?

it isnt a temp enchant its perminent and the armor is over 15 yrs old forgot to state that earlier.

That'd seem to lead to the idea that it's temporarily protected against fire more, not less.

just wore it out to zombies and took about 30 hits and no sign of degredation to the armor or effects to the resist wearing off

He's not saying the enchant is temporary, but the fire resistance. If it is 15 years old, I'm pretty sure resistances weren't around back then, so it was added by a ranger later when it became available to them.

30 hits won't wear it out as they can last quite awhile and only wear off from fire attacks not melee. I also don't think the degree of protection degrades, it'll just stop protecting when it is exhausted.

I have an empath and a cleric who are in the market for some 4x brig. I'll go 150k starting bid on it if you are looking for a buyer.

Im going to test it out for a week, so we can find out if its really just a temp buff or not, I just put it on appraisels too see if there was enough interest in the item to put on auction. If it turns out legit though Kastrel your 150k will be opening bid. Anyways off to kill some fire giants laters.
