9pm - 10pm (Elven Time): Commencement of Winterfest 5112 with the crowning of the Frost King and Frost Queen. The crowning will take place at the White Haven Grand Courtyard. All nominees should arrive a half hour early, please. Everyone is welcome to come watch and see who the Frost King and Queen are. Frost King and Frost Queen will be presented with a special crown and scepter. We will hold a raffle at the end of the crowning at 10pm sharp. You will not need to be present to win, but should be around Elanthia to claim your prize. Hosted by White Haven.


Day of the Huntress, Eorgaen 14th (Friday, December 14th)


8pm - 9pm (Elven Time): Come play "Spin to Win!" in White Haven's Grand Courtyard. Will you spin the wheel and win big or bust? Free to play. Hosted by White Haven.
9:30pm - 10pm (Elven Time): Get your racing shoes and head over to the Willow Hall Lodge for Rolton Racing. Hosted by Willow Hall.


Feastday, Eorgaen 15th (Saturday, December 15th)


7pm - 8pm (Elven Time): You better watch out. You better not cry. You better not pout, we're telling you why. A wandering merchant is coming to town. Come to White Haven's Grand Courtyard tonight for some altering. More details on what exactly the merchant will be doing will be available this evening. Hosted by White Haven.


Restday, Eorgaen 16th (Sunday, December 16th)


7pm - 8pm (Elven Time): Let your fortunes be told. Rioghnach will be telling travelers their fortunes along with Laelithonel. Look for some special surprises. Find your way to the tent on the South Road right outside the path to White Haven. Hosted by members of White Haven.
8pm - 9pm (Elven Time): White Haven's weekly house hunt. Get down and dirty before you party. Hunt will take place from 8pm - 8:30pm. Show up on time if you want to hunt. Hunting parties will leave quickly. At 8:30pm, we'll meet back up in the Grand Courtyard to pick boxes and share loot. This should take a half hour or less. Afterwards, it's time to get ready for the Winterfest Yule Ball! Hosted by White Haven.
8pm - 9pm (Elven Time): Are you good at foraging? Think your better than others? Now is your chance to prove it. A foraging contest is being held at the Willow Hall Lodge. After the contest, get to ready to party at the Winterfest Yule Ball located in White Haven. Hosted By Willow Hall.
9:30pm - 11pm (Elven Time): Winterfest 5112 will conclude with a House White Haven Winterfest Yule Ball. It will be held in the White Haven Ballroom. There will be dancing, eating, drinking, socializing, and a lot of fun! Dress to impress. The Frost King and Frost Queen will be judging your Yule wear and picking one male and one female who dress the best. Winners will receive a prize. The Yule Ball will start with a raffle at 9:30pm sharp. You will not need to be present to win, but should be around Elanthia to claim your prize. Hosted by White Haven.

Tonight is the crowning of Frost King and Frost Queen. Did you vote? See if the one you voted for will be crowned. Make your way to White Haven's Grand Courtyard. Ceremony starts at 9pm EST.

House White Haven will introduce the royalty court (those who have been nominated and voted on). We'll be handing out gifts to all the nominees. After we hand out the gifts, we'll present to you the Frost King and Frost Queen of Winterfest 5112 which opens the festivities for the weekend. Folks can congratulate the new Frost King and Queen and mingle.

To conclude the evening ceremony, White Haven will be holding a raffle for a "white rhimar estoc with a snowflake-motif basket hilt" from the Ebon Gate festival. The cost is 50,000 silvers per ticket. Raffle table is set up in the White Haven Grand Courtyard right now. You do not need to be present but should be in Elanthia

I'd like to suggest a better raffle prize for future raffles. A 4x ice flaring estoc is not a very useful weapon, in Icemule especially. Bring on the fire flares!

Tonight, we're happy to be having a merchant available for Winterfest. Speaking with this merchant, the plan was to clothing altering. So head on over to White Haven's Grand Courtyard at 7pm EST. The merchant is only scheduled to work for ONE HOUR. Not exactly sure how the decision is going to be made for being picked, so I suggest you arrive early in case a room order is done.

Tonight is the final day of Winterfest.

Join us at 7pm in White Haven's party tent which will be located on the south road right by the path leading to White Haven. Rio and Laeli will be doing some fun fortune telling and more.

After you've gotten your fortunes told, you can find two options of something to do at 8pm:
1. Head to White Haven's Grand Courtyard for a hunt.
2. Head to Willow Hall for a foraging game.

Both events will end around 9pm which allows you to get ready for....

WINTERFEST 5112 YULE BALL
Make your way to White Haven. When you enter the House, go down the hallway. At 9:30pm, a raffle will be drawn which begins the closing of Winterfest. The Frost King and Queen will give out the raffle prizes and prepare everyone to party like it's.... well, Icemule Trace. We'll be dancing, eating, drinking, mingling, and having a wonderful time. The Frost King and Queen will be observing all attendees and their formal wear. Yes, this is means you should dress up. Around 10:15 - 10:30pm, they'll pick one male and one female they feel is best dressed for tonight's occasion. These two will receive the final gifts/prizes for the Winterfest festivities. When they conclude that, they will close Winterfest and we'll continue to party the night away. We expect the party to die down around 11pm, but everyone is welcome to stay as long as they like.
