Just started an empath and looking for longterm play options. I'm kind of curious to know if anyone has tried loading up on Telepathy lore for 1108? Is it viable to get consistent insta kills with this? Another question is could this be a good low mana spell option other than 1106 to consider for immobilizing if I were to try a THW option?

Magic Eightball say, "Probably not". Seems to me that if you're going to use 1108, you should just make it easier on yourself and use 1106.

At cap with 65 telepathy ranks, 1108 hasn't really been consistent in giving crit kills. It will work to hold things in place, but that effect doesn't last very long.
