Not sure about the tome, will need to find a sorcerer or bard, unless anyone knows any more info about these?

How many charges are in this?

Sorcerer checked as can be unlocked & charged. Never used currently at very many' charges which is at least 20. Can't check exact number, only a range unless someone has already burned through one of these.

Is it perm? How does it get recharged??

They have never been used been used so once unlocked, the spells remain and can be re-charged repeatedly by an experienced sorcerer with runestones, so long as not every spell is burned up. Eventually, the tome expires I believe.


If the tomes are chargable, I'll put down the MB on each of them.
