recharging recharges both at once, or do you turn it? Where did this come from? Will it green on a recharge failure like regular stuff?

Looks like one of the EG flippable jewelry with spells in it.

It and some others came out of EG this year. I believe, but am not 100% sure, that they should have both sides charged. I'm not sure about recharging failure, having never recharged them. This item is fresh, never used.. not sure beyond that.

Caranto was at EG 2011 and 2012...rings sold in his shop where flippable in appearance with one regular spell in them off the shelf, he spun several times to add a second spell and make them rechargeable.

As far as I know the sides operate independantly of eachother, and are subject to normal greening, eventually.

I've recharged mine a couple of times, you have to recharge one side, flip it and repeat with the other side.
