Got this from noodling:

a sharpened vultite falchion. 4lbs, 4x, and splits into two falchions. Apparently it's a minor or lesser splitter as when they are split they are 2x. Curious as to what they would be worth currently and what they might be worth after being enchanted to 7x. Also, does anyone know how much harder this would be to enchant? thanks.

Can't tell you the worth with them being locked and never actually getting to be two 7x weapons, but enchanting them is easy. There's no increased difficulty for it being a splitter.

ok. good to know, thanks. I am debating enchanting them. Do any merchants take them from minor to major, ever? is it an unlocking thing? I honestly don't know much about splitting weapons as I've never gotten a twc character past around the 40s

It's never been released in locked form until now. The prior ones were all DM prizes that came unlocked. I can't imagine it'll be easy to unlock them since it's a raffle/auction quality service.
