I believe this is a case of the parts, 7x hcw bastard axe + PP to enchant it, are worth more then the combined result ie. 8x hcw bastard axe. Sadly thats the case on many such projexts, Roblar's now awesome axe cost far more then its total value to make it the great weapon it is now, as did Kerl's axe.

enchant was done at DM by a friend, think I gave em about 15m after the fact to say thanks... but what I was getting at was its been sold in its 7x state for 50m a couple times and Ive recently sold a 8x hcw handaxe for 50m, so value'n this at 50m just seems a bit low...

Are you going to keep the axe or sell it? If you sell it, the value is around 50 million. If you keep it, the value is around 70 million. (to you at least)
