The truth is, with such a low enchant and high training requirement, not sure anyone is going to find it useful. At 4x someone might eat the DS loss for the TD, or if it had some powerful AS boosting enhansives. As is, I do not think you will beat out the pawnshop by much.

Agreed on the halfplate. The amount of TD isn't enough to make a significant difference unfortunately. The earring on the other hand is probably worth quite a bit, as wisdom is pretty rare and in high demand. I'd guess you can get 4 million for the earring.
