Okay, I just want to get this on everyone's radar! Several CHE's have joined forces to have a wonderful Spirit Night tent/pub crawl to celebrate Autumn, Spirit Night and the impending Ebon Gate shortly after (and Halloween, of course) on Monday, October 29th. While I'm not the lead on this wonderful event, I felt an urge to get the word out and allow people to plan accordingly, especially our local MHO's since they aren't in our group of contacts.
Tentatively, the schedule is as follows:
9:00 - 9:20 : Paupers - Dice Game & Tour
9:25-9:45 : Aspis - Speed Fish Tourney with a TBD spooky theme....
9:55-10:15 : Brigatta - TBD event
10:20-10:40 : Phoenix - TBD event
10:45-11:05 : Obsidian Tower - Terasian Craps, I believe.
11:10-11:30 : Helden Hall - Costume/Tattoo Contest inna Hot Tub (we'll have towels in our Spirit Night tent I've been told, to facilitate the use of the hot tub)
I can say that this will be a potentially drunken affair, as most crawls are. The costume/masquerade contest portion will be an ongoing contest running from the first event at Paupers thru the end of the Obsidian Tower events. We judges will all be sure to check all attendees out and we'll be giving out prizes to those we find most deserving. The culminating event, at Helden, will begin with the judges declaring the winners of the masquerade contest and prizes handed out. Hopefully, with roughly five minutes between the OT event and Helden's you'll have time to change outfits for the final event, something more hot tub appropriate (as you see fit, certainly). The Hottest Tattoo contest will take place in the hot tub on the roof of Helden Hall and all those participating will judged according whichever tattoos are visible while soaking in the tub or standing nearby. Certainly, those with tattoos that have a show should probably make that known during the contest.
Lastly, I can only really speak for Helden with all of the above, but those will be the participating Houses and each will have a gift or contest for attendees, as well as plenty to drink. It is a long event, part of that is to include as many players as possible with regards to time zones and such. Be there, drink there, dress up and then dress down!
PS. Seomanthe initiated the event and is more or less lead on this. All questions can be directed to her via PM. She looks forward to fielding those, no doubt.
