Just curious, and only out of curiosity because I'm not personaly interested in commisioning someone to do this, is there anyone that is a trusted go-to person for leveling existing characters?

I.E. You give them your logins, that person agrees for instance to take a character from 40-50 in a month, that person has globs of time to play and actually can manage that (skill to do so included), and returns the character with a pre agreed upon fee. Probably something like a 50% deposit would be expected.

If it doesn't exist, I'd immagine there would be a demand. I'm always interested in emerging markets. I wouldn't have the skill, history of reputation, or time to do so. It would be cool to see someone else though.

Dunno SP. I've had a few pm's on doing it but my main issue is if people give me access to an account that other people do then I don't wanna be held liable for other peoples actions. As far as xferring to a leveling acct and back, thatd likely be something the commissioner would have to accept as an inevitability.

As far as this goes I'm full up until 10/30 now and will decide then if I'm gonna do this again.

Wasn't there some scandal a few years ago about someone offering a leveling service, but not getting around to it and then not paying the money back?

Just to be clear so it doesn't look like I'm hijacking the thread to dump on it, this was in reference to already leveled characters like SP mentioned, not Dystopia's offer (which comes with someone with good rep on here, and a much lower risk proposition). My point being that may be the reason there isn't currently a market for the service you described.

i dont mean to sound like simu here, but never give your login information. even to your own mother. having a new character started on a seperate account and taking over that account is one thing, but giving your login of an existing account is, for lack of a better word, stupid.

The service that Dys is describing? You might not be reading correctly then. He opens an account, rolls up the character with the race/prof/features and levels to 30. Then the buyer would take over the account.

The only thing you really lose is possibly a name that you really want and/or whatever payment he wants up front.
