As the title says, this is a 3x a day wizard shield runestone. Rub to activate.

The trouble is that the wizard shield nerf was just too complete. If they'd backed off just a little bit when they re-did spell durations recently, (to say 3 minutes instead of 1?), you'd probably have a taker. Reminds me of the time I bought a 3x a day WOF item... a month before they nerfed that duration.
