Haste Imbed

Whenever I use Haste Imbeds they reduce my RT by 2 seconds but when a Wizard casts them on me my RT is reduced by 3 seconds.

Is 2 seconds normal for a haste imbed?
If not, why am I only receiving 2 seconds?
Is it the level of the imbedder or is it me?
If it's me what do I need to get a -3 second RT from imbeds?

2 second reduction is normal if you are starting with a 5 second round time or lower and have no air lore training. If you were starting with a round time of 6, the reduction would be 3. 9 would allow a reduction of 4. Read this-
