look at runestaff
Twining sinuously down the length of this runestaff are two dragons, their claws bared and jaws open as if preparing to spew crimson fire. Even the most minor, precious detailing of their scaled skin is still visible. Meticulously carved at the spire of the staff are two-entwined dragon's heads, one set with ruby and the other with emerald eyes, which appear to glow when the light strikes them. You also notice a small enchanter's glyph.

thats 9x and my guess would be whatever someone is willing to pay as not many 7x or better runestaves ever pop up for sale.. I can't say I've seen any sort of point of reference to go by
