How do I get access to my PTPs and MTPs in Lich.

They aren't on the Char object or in the XMLData object and I can't find an Experience object.

Oh and I'd rather not parse the 'exp' output.

I do it by parsing the EXP output. <shrug> Not what you wanted to hear, but... that's the way I've had it set up for a year or 2.
