I have lesser shroud rods for sale in a shop room on four winds isle room 16539 then go northeast.
They're priced at 5k each. They have 3 charges, and are activated by RAISE. Lesser shroud adds +20 spiritual TD (10 elemental TD) and +15 DS of all forms. Anyone with 20 ranks or so of MIU can use them. Great spell for warriors, rogues, bards, or wizards.
The rods are even in uber sexy form - "an arrow-carved straight oak rod"
Go buy them. Get them out of my sight!
