i bought this skull protected gem pouch,

You glance at your spidersilk gem pouch. Cut from luxurious spidersilk, this gem pouch is lined with soft, blue fox fur to protect its delicate contents. Small pockets, fastened with hooked closures have been masterfully concealed into the folds of lining. Perched on top of the spidersilk gem pouch is constructed from what appears to be a mix and match of broken bones is a miniature skeleton. The bones are drilled through and threaded with brass wire with an oversized ivory skull. Clasped within the bony arms is a tiny veil iron skeleton key.

You might get a better appraisal if you listed the weight and capacity. Not sure how unalterable those become with the skull protectors but if it can still be changed then it'd be worth more.
