Any thoughts on what this is worth?
Item doesn't wear on the belt, but on the waist. You can wear armor with it also.
It's VLA.

Filled it full to capacity and holds 104 lbs, sung by bard.
>wear t.sack
You put a bulging treasure sack around your waist.
>look at t.sack
You see a bulging treasure sack stitched with the image of a crimson pirate standing over a pile of gold doubloons. An eerie skull and crossbone pattern has been threaded above the pirate. A tiny seafarers sigil universal to pirates has been stamped into the sack's clasp.
weighs 4 lbs...

Any time you have a container that holds VLA in a non-traditional location (as in not back and not cloak) they have significant value. VLA over the front items seem to be the current rage...rumor was there was a bug or something. Regardless, pin worn, waist, leg, neck, shoulder and back, or belt...they are all going to see a significant bump in value.
I won't speculate about yours but have seen VLA containers for locations such as I have listed above for 3 to 12mil (and likely more). My only question is, would a GM make some effort to correct this worn location if an attempt was made to deepen or lighten...or alter it?

Forgot this part:
analyze t.sack
You analyze your treasure sack and sense that the item is free from merchant alteration restrictions.
You can tell that the sack is as light as it can get and that its pockets could not possibly get any deeper.

If I owned it, I'd never let a GM touch it to even alter it. A waist-worn backpack would fetch 5-15m or more.
I'd throw it in high end valuables and let it go. I snagged a VLA pinworn for 2m and was told I couldve ended up paying 10x as much.
If this was a legit item from a long time ago, hell, I could see 25m to the highest bidder.
