Tillmen's hamsters are currently on a contract year, and can't seem to come to terms with Tillmen. Both sides have come forth with strong arguments supporting their conditions of the next contract. Because of this he's had to bring in scabs to cover the workload of his regular work force, and they just don't do the job like his union crew.
