Forum Viewing Issues

Running into a weird issue, and im not sure whats causing it.

Using IE 9

Alot of the time when Im switching pages within the forum, it will flash or blink rapidly before the page loads and settles down. Nothing I do seems to prevent this so far and it is happening a lot more often than Im starting to stand.

I havent tried a different browser, didnt really want to change just for this, but its bugging me that I dont know whats causing it.

Anyone run into it or can advise?

Never see it happen anywhere else .

I've found the Internet Explorer often has problems with a lot of forums. Like the Total War forums.
