+x to stat and +x to stat bonus are two different things. You should state which it is.

It's one or the other.
You may be receiving +2 to the bonus because you've received +3 to the stat. Alternately you may be receiving +3 to the stat to make a +2 bonus. People will want to know, because one is far more beneficial than the other.(Bonus)

Alright here what singer say-- provides bonus of 3 to wisdom-- i think that must be the stat and then i git a plus 2 to the bonus from that. Alright-- back up fer sale. Sorry for confusion on my part.

Correct, that's a plus to the stat rather than the stat bonus.

You are most likely getting +2 to the bonus because your wisdom stat is an odd number when unenhanced.
