Well, this is one crazy week for me. I'm studying to take my series 7 examination. So, I decide to schedule a week long course to help me prep for it (hey, my company paid for the class. I didn't.) Anyhow, this class runs from 7:30 a.m. to about 5:30 p.m. The teacher packs us with about 3 - 4 hours of "evening entertainment." On top of all this, I've got to still train 3 new hires my firm recently brought on, not to mention all the other financial consultants that aren't properly trained and what not. Jeez, I just started working at the firm 2 months ago. Talk about stress.

Stress is a killer, make yourself relax and you'll be fine.
Speaking of stress yesterday my buddies and I went to White Castle for lunch. Mother of God you want to talk about pain, be in a small room working on some servers with 3 guys full of sliders...

That.....was your mistake.
Never, ever, ever.....eat sliders during the day.
Always at night.
Preferably with a bathroom available for each diner.

Yoga...or juggling...or wait, try something that involves beating the crap out of things. That's a great way to relieve stress. :punch:
