My new supervisor is a retired sheriff and decided to give me a sobriety test in front of the entire fucking work place because some dipshit who has problems with me said he saw me swerving on the way the work. So I got pissed and he sent me home.

I had ex employees calling me first saying OHH WTF The second day my daughter was crying her ass off in the morning refusing to goto school because of the shit spreading around and they're harassing her.

Last night the HR rep called me and wanted to have a meeting at 9:30am to enroll me in EAP. (damage control from dipshit giving me a sobriety test in the parking lot) during the conversation she accused me of being belligerent and have been drinking all morning. Which I was not I was just angry over the episode with my daughter and fuck face spreading shit around town. It's a small town in East TN.

I didn't go in out of stupid pride. That and I know I would lose my temper. I'm pretty enraged as stupid as that sounds.

It's discrimination and even if he used to be a sheriff, he's no long qualified to give out such tests, they'd have needed a professional with current training to handle the incident.
