You see nothing unusual, except for a small enchanter's glyph.
There appears to be something written on it.

In the Common language, it reads:
"Gahnam's Guards" has been stitched in large silver letters on the pennant.5x, Vibe flaring

Found it on an Emaciated Supplicant in Wyneb
