I tend to dislike younger people who get hard characters so they can demonstrate the fact they AREN'T inadequate (which they are probably out of game) in game. Shay/Bob springs to mind. Plus, characters "RPed" as themselves I think is a bit stupid anyway. Qahaar the character is Qahaar the person.

The reason I don't care for him is the blantant MA'ing he does, also listening to him compete for the Land's smallest penis competition on Psinet gets irritating. Once again, I find myself agreeing with Stay. He takes shit OOC into game which is my biggest problem with him.

I put him in the category with Varsus "I PWN SO HARD SO LOOK AT ME GIVE ME ATTENTION" crew.

I knew him when he was just starting out, and talk to him on occasion. He has never gone OOC in game, and he *is* different out of the game. He plays a thief and usually backs up anything he says. Most of the people who "hate him" are just angry because he's stolen from them or one of their characters.

So far, that's been my experience with him as well. Being a thief, I understand completely why people will hate him. Been there, done that.. still doing it.

I am getting a thieves group up and I'm looking for thieves that can roleplay. I'm not looking for the most popular thieves.. or the nicest thieves.. or the prettiest thieves.. or the happiest thieves.

Roleplaying is above all else.. even skill and levels.

Speaking of Qahaar - I am rather dissapointed in him. He has the gals to steal from people - When they notice him stealing he offers to sell back the gem for ten-fold yet he cannot fight his own battles.

I believe there was an incident where Nopus killed him twice so Qahaar had a friend of his kill Nopus at the park.

For a bad ass theif... He's not very bad ass.

Logging off to avoid a conflict is against policy I believe. You passed the staff off to a second character who then logged off.

You passed it off in a sancted place so you could not be disarmed.

Actually Cheslica, Nopus has never killed me, infact I killed him. Once in the park, He threatened to kill me numerous times and I mentioned it to my friend, so he, acting in his own will came and killed him. I never told him to.
