40 charge cloak of shadows wand

Merchant chargeable Cloak of Shadows wand, currently empty, just awaiting another Ledirth session. Any thoughts on value?

CLoS scrolls and infusions keep flooding the market. It's only merch recharge. Not to be a debbie downer but I wouldn't pay more than 3-5.

If I had melee chars with no AS I'd pay a solid 5.

Better off selling it recharged but I assume you already know this.
