The brig maybe 1m. I've sold 3 sets of that exact armor at 7x for 13m, which is a premium over 7x for the resistances. Unenchanted though I think you'll get less premium. This was also before fusion was released.

The tabar... what base? Handaxe? 1625 completely negates the value of eonake or sanctification. Most clerics don't swing in later levels, it is only 4x and unenchantable. Ice flares are nice, but fire would be better, very few fire based undead (I can't even think of any). Basically a two weapon using paladin or young paladin/cleric under level 25 are the only people who might buy it, or someone with an eonake fetish. If I could get 500k for it I'd be happy.

Pretty sure a tabar is a battle axe base. Not that it changes much.

Never came across resistant armor - can it be further enchanted? I assume not but wort asking.

yes resistances do not hinder enchanting at all.

If the tabar is a two hander it has even less value since you preclude the two weapon using paladin. So basically the weapon is only useful to a paladin under level 25, or a younger cleric who is still swinging.

Fire phantoms, maybe? Not sure if they actually get the higher crits from cold like most fire creatures do. Doubt many people holding 4x gear would be hunting them anyway.
