Smarter training admins/masters at arms

After the next time you ask, the Training Admins should now remember the last skill you asked them for a task in and Masters at Arms should now remember the last skill you asked them for training in, so just asking them for training should be sufficient to get a task/train in that skill, until you specify a different skill.
