A topaz-inset imflass buckle
Like the title says it casts 1711(Mystic Focus) same spell as a heavy quartz orb.
It is mage rechargeable

I don't want to lie and make something up, I used it once and then had it sung to. It has eight remaining, I have no idea how many it can hold total. At least nine anyways.
