X a day blessing sheaths don't. The other type (that do need refilling) are the ones that have limited charges (40-ish total) and no daily limit. Once you used up the 40 and that was it until you got it refilled.


... which was impossible because no merchant has ever come around to refill them since their original release. Hell, from what I remember the guy at CCF that made new ones didn't even ask if anyone had an old one to refill.
