Seriously though, we make our donuts about 30% larger than the upper limit of corporate standards. We had to get special permission to do it. The big, awesome donuts from when we were kids disappeared when kitchens like this one came about, and everything got automated. Before that it was some dude in the back room with a rolling pin - of course it was better!
