740 in the broken lands?

Anyone know if 740 works anywhere in the broken lands?

I know the only way in/out is reading the runes, but trying to find places within broken lands to move between. There are a number of places that are fun to hunt out there, I just want to make them easier to get to.

They need to remove the retarded 15 seconds it takes to climb each stair to lesser vruul, the rest really isn't bad so long as you avoid hunting figures/beetles in the plains.
