It's from Pawnation, I don't think they would just post anything on their site unless it was real.

He claims the picture is the best-ever taken of the Loch Ness Monster and proves once and for all that the elusive leviathan exists - and is definitely not a sturgeon.
He says he has even had it independently verified by a team of US military monster experts as well as a Nessie sighting specialist.
US military monster experts and a Nessie sighting specialist verified it. I don't think anything more needs to be said, we can move the Loch Ness monster from the "myth" pile and place him (her?) in the "real" pile.
