I would assume that is CON stat at that level requirement. Still pretty dang awesome though. This is a pretty great weapon for a warmage is it not? Or even just for a regular mage to carry in their off hand on occasion.

Not that I'm buying it for the con, but hold it in your hand type "info" if your con has increased by +24 stat it is +12 to bonus, if your con has increased by just +12, it is +12 to stat.

The wording is confusing because it uses the word "bonus" in either case. If it says "bonus to constitution bonus" then it actually is bonus. If it says "bonus to constitution" or is it "constitution bonus" then it's stat.
