Ranged Ranger

Alright, so i want to re-train and used ranged weapoons if this so-called "second attempt" ever rolls around.... anyone out there that can point me in the right direction of what i need? heres what i have so far - (im currently 25 and hunting kiramon on teras) Any tips on training or hunting would be awesome!


1x armor to 19, then 2x until hauberk
2x ranged
2x stalk and hide
1x perception
1x spells
1x mana share to 19 then pick up the rest later on
1x ambush
20 ranks of PT by 25
11 ranks of climbing at 25
5 ranks of swimming

Perception now plays a hand in your ranged AS. I would double. You may have to give up some of your climbing ranks to do it, but you would be fine on Teras until you are 70.

And I can't believe you are hunting Kiromen with a ranged weapon using ranger. Even with elemental spells, blurs and mass blurs.. you should be getting the absolute snot beaten out of you as well as the kiromen are tough to crit with ranged at only 25 trainings.

The key! is I use a hatchet, i want to train in ranged with the new reallocation... Solo takes awhile to fry because I can't fight more than one at a time.... Either that or I hunt them with a group... I don't think I'd be here if I used a bow... although I may give sand devils a try with a crossbow, hunting with a couple friends... anything to keep me out of the ladning.
